When people ask us why we decided to create a new booking engine, the answer is twofold:

1. We wanted to create this because we wanted a system that did what we thought all systems should be capable of doing;
2. We felt that hotels deserved something better than what was out there.

The concept behind EHBOX is a simple one: To create a booking engine that is simple to use, easy to manage and ahead of the curve.

We took years of hotel and GDS experience and parlayed that into practical knowledge. The initial concept of EHBOX was, in fact, a dare. One person in the company dared another to create something better than what was out there. After a year of research and initial programming, we realized that we had a truly viable product. And EHBOX went from an imaginative exercise to a reality.

Since we started using the new EHBOX we have almost tripled our monthly revenues from our web site. And that’s even more representative if we take into account that we started using it right before the economic downturn so we see the growth even in spite of that.
