Why does my Hotel need EHBOX?

How will my hotel be charged?
EHBOX will charge in one of three ways:
- Commission
- Flat fee per booking
- Yearly fee
You can decide which payment method you prefer, and we will create a fee structure that will best suit your needs.
How does EHBOX integrate to outside systems?
Using the OTA standard XML protocols, integration is relatively easy, as long as the integration makes sense.
Some integrations will make more sense than others. While we have access to various PMS, we are always happy to gain access to more. Creating integration with a travel aggregator would be interesting – depending on the site, for whom they are aggregating the information and the caliber of hotel/guest they typically target. If you are curious about integration, please contact us and ask if it’s something we can do.
What kind of XML protocol does EHBOX use?
We are fully OTA standard compliant. We have a full set of specifications that we can share, as well as a test range of IPs for beta testing.
Can EHBOX connect to my PMS? What about the GDS we use?
Yes, it can. At the moment, were linking into the various Fidelio and SoftBrands PMS offerings. We’re being a link into Tesipro. If you aren’t currently with any of those three companies, it’s not a problem. Tell us your PMS and we’ll create a link into our CRS.
We are currently linked to Luxe for GDS (code EP). We also have access to SABRE. We are building a link into all other GDS platforms at this time.
Is EHBOX a CRS?
Yes, it is. You can use our Back Office to control all aspects of your booking engine. Thanks to the PMS and GDS connections, you can have access to all rate applications/channel inventory in one place.
Can we update rates through EZYield or Rate Tiger?
Yes, you can. We have complete integration into both systems. Should you use a different system, we are more than happy to create an integration into that.
