The yield management built into the back office is guaranteed to give you a daily insight into your typical guest and reservation process. All information is updated in real time, so every time a reservation is made or edited, the system reflects it. The packing portion of the system was built with the guest in mind. In order to create a stronger emotional connection to the hotel, we felt that building a packaging system that allows the guest to control what the package contains was best.

Thus, the Make Your Own Package was born; this allows guests to choose what items available they would like, how many/ much they would like, what day during their stay they want the items and time of day (if applicable). The benefit for hotels is that it acts as a form of e-concierge, thus obviating the need to constantly go back and forth with the client about items, timing and pricing.
