With a background in hotels and GDS, the founders of EHBOX have a real understanding of what is needed from the hotel perspective. We did research into what hotels are looking for, what is currently available, what is not available and what guests are looking for.

Then we tested various systems, including large group engines, airline engines, meeting planner engines, etc. We wanted to come up with a solution that would incorporate all the different aspects of booking – from a single room reservation to a large group to a travel agent. Once we had the information we needed, we began the process of actually building the system.
